Cookie Policy
m365-soc.com sets no cookies. None of our own, none from third parties, no strictly necessary ones, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies. We also store nothing in local storage or session storage.
That is why you see no consent banner here. Not because we left it out, but because there is nothing to consent to.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file that a website places in your browser and reads again on your next visit. Cookies serve to recognise you or your device: for login sessions, shopping baskets, language settings, or indeed for advertising and cross-site tracking. Comparable techniques such as local storage, session storage, IndexedDB, web beacons and fingerprinting are treated the same way in law.
2. What this website actually uses
This is a static website with no login, no shopping basket and no forms. It therefore needs no state in your browser. What is loaded from outside:

3. What we do not use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies (no Google Ads, no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag)
- No Google Analytics and no Google Tag Manager
- No session cookies, because there is no login and no shopping basket
- No A/B testing or personalisation tools
- No fingerprinting and no cross-device recognition
- No embedded videos, maps, chat widgets or social media feeds
4. Why there is no cookie banner
A consent banner is required where a website stores information on your device or accesses information there without this being strictly necessary for the service you requested. That is precisely what does not happen here.
In Switzerland, Art. 45c(b) of the Telecommunications Act (TCA) requires, when data is processed on third-party devices, information about the purpose and the processing as well as a note on how to refuse. This page discharges that duty to inform. In the EU, Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive likewise ties the consent requirement to storing or reading information on the terminal device. Because nothing is stored and nothing is read here, no consent needs to be obtained.
What this means for you: there is nothing to click away, and no "accept all" button that slips more tracking past you than necessary. If we ever change this, we will introduce a consent mechanism first and update this page.
5. External destinations do set cookies
As soon as you leave this website via a link, the rules of the destination site apply. In particular:
- Appointment booking via Microsoft Outlook (
outlook.office.com) – sets its own cookies as soon as you open the booking page. - odcus.com – separate website with its own privacy policy.
We have no influence over those cookies. Check the respective provider's notices where relevant.
6. Controlling cookies in your browser anyway
Independently of this website you can view, restrict or delete cookies in your browser at any time. The settings are here:
You do not need to block external font services: this website loads its typefaces from its own server, so there is no connection to Google Fonts or any comparable provider in the first place.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we run no cross-site tracking, there is nothing for a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal to switch off. We respect those signals by not tracking in the first place.
8. Changes
If we use cookies or comparable techniques in future, we will update this page beforehand and obtain your consent where required. Last updated: 1 September 2026.
